Guys he's a scammer he asked me to send a paypal gift paiement then he blocked me in skype right after and i have proofs from his skype .
 
I do not recommend. Took him ages to accept my friend request and when he finally does, instead of answering my question he just linked his website and has ignored me since then.
I have tried to contact him again but with no success.

Just awful.


EDIT: He accepted my friend requst 26th August. It's 9th September today.

To be fair, his website does say that he's sold out of RP gifting.

What if riot takes away the skins/champions you get gifted? I've had this happen before.
