- You're not allowed to play competitive during boosting, if you do so and we detect this, your order will be refused with no refund.
- You're not allowed to use your account / change any account details during solo boosting, if you do so, your order will be refused with no refund.
- Payment is non-refundable, so if you make a purchase you have to wait until your order is completed or you can just cancel it with no refund.
- If your purchase boosting service from me, you automatically agree with this short TOS
- We can refuse to service somebody anytime without refunds if this person acts foolish (if we decide so).
- We start cs rank boost after receiving payment. We never do it before getting paid so we don't do any free test games.
- You are getting only our time to help you with your gameplay in CS:GO. And we can take a break anytime we want.
- You can speak only English or Russian with us.
- You take all responsibility for the account when you get boosted in duo mode [you play on your account]

- If you order afk wins boosting, then you have to provide your account credentials so we can log in.
- We only reboost you after 4-30 days since your de-rank, not later. (excluding some cases when we are not capable of doing so)
- In case you put steam guard on account during solo boosting and don't respond us with code to login, we stop boosting and refuse the order with no refund.
- In case you try to chargeback your payment, you will be reported to Epicnpc and your info will be posted on different forums to prevent people from getting scammed by you.
- If the account gets banned during [not after] SOLO [not duo] leveling, we will compensate you with a nice new account with high hours and wins [actually that will never happen, but epicnpc requires this point]
