if you do $150 yes maybe but there is no way im paying $400 for a half farmed account with nothing reasonably good on it

Not that i know bulma or anything but when you are buying accounts you want to be buying it from people with alot of feedbacks.
and for trades more than just 10 usd or some trades.

And he seems to have it, so i'd rather buy an account from him than some raven for 300 from nobody that can take it back or scam me anyday.

An account is worth 250$+ with Raven Weapon. Your account is worth 100-150$ at best.
I see raven accounts going for 500+ so not sure where you got your pricing. Plus it has all the costumes,and other small things that add value.
