Terms of Service:

Introduction:
The terms written here are the standard terms and conditions that will be used for any Aegis Services spreading to games beyond just League of Legends, in any facet that Aegis Services chooses to operate.
The terms written will be applied to their fullest extent by all participating parties in Aegis League Service’s business partnerships and deals as relevant to the contents of the thread in which it is listed on.
By using our service, you are agreeing to accept all terms and conditions written within here.
You may not use our service(s) if you disagree with our terms.

When using or with any intent to use Aegis Services, you agree to the following:

You will submit accurate information about your items when asked, and to acknowledge that the proper authorities will be contacted to ensure deterrence against fraudulent actions from the buyer/customer.
You agree that after you accept the negotiated and mutually agreed upon price for sale, that this is by no means constitutes a legal sale, and is nothing more than the mutually agreed transfer of information for compensation.
You acknowledge all communications between you and a Aegis Services representative will be monitored and recorded for quality assurance purposes.
You agree that you hold full liability to handle and reimburse disputes between you and the buyer of the account in which you listed through our service. Aegis League Services Consignment Shop acts nothing more than just a middleman service, and a means to advertise a product which you agreed upon in previous terms with an Aegis Services representative.
You agree that you will act and comply with EpicNPC policies, as Aegis Services agrees to this as well.
No payments will be made on EpicNPC, and all payment will be held through the advertised payment methods accompanied with direct communication via one of our advertised communication mediums.
You acknowledge by through intent to add an Aegis Services representative, that if in any case you were to be misled and scammed, that Aegis Services is not responsible for reimbursement, for the prospective customer acknowledges it is their responsibility to make sure they take the necessary steps to prevent such a thing.
You agree that in the situation in that you cannot pay the agreed upon fees, that Aegis Services, within reason, to the discretion of the Aegis Services staff, has full rights to the ownership of your account, and with any attempt to recall or to attempt to tamper with the account will lead to a report to Riot Games and the EpicNPC staff to get both your League and EpicNPC account banned.
You agree that upon purchasing an account from Aegis Services that is sold via consignment, that Aegis Services is not responsible for reimbursement, but that the buyer of the item sold via consignment is responsible to contact the seller of the account, as Aegis Services items sold via consignment has Aegis Services acting no more of a role than as a “middleman”, with the proper middleman policies being followed.
You agree that in no event shall Aegis Services, nor any of its directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this service whether such liability is under contract. Aegis Services, including its directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this service.
You agree that these terms constitute the entire agreement between Aegis Services and you in relation to your use of this service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
You agree that Aegis Services has full permission and allowance to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and or/obligations under these Terms at any time without notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
You agree that Aegis Services has the right to deny service to any of its customers for any reason.
You agree that Aegis Services accounts sold via its consignment store only acts as a middleman, and liability rules for middleman services of EpicNPC will be followed to its fullest extent.
You agree that you may only cancel a listing at least 24 hours before the account has been sold. Otherwise, you will have to pay a penalty fee for a late cancellation of 5% of the total value of the account. The previous clause about the customer being unable to pay for the fees is directly applicable here.
