Had auth problems, was not able to get service.

Got a swift reply to never ask for service again after being refunded and blocked.

First time I've seen anyone have so much trouble with authentication. It was set to the usual one-time prompt, something I had asked before ordering the service, and was told that would not be a problem. The booster (US) was having trouble logging in, and after repeated logging in and out, is when this trouble with the auth prompts began.

Total interaction with this seller was no more than 30 minutes tops, from the time of initiating communication to sending payment and providing login info, to then refunding the order. Cannot attest to their level of service, but can with their miscommunication regarding auths.

It seems if you insist on using an authenticator or play other Blizzard games, you risk being on the outs.

 

sry but leaving auth on, and planing to constantly login triggered our team super hard. you want on account boost which will take a day or two. Then you say no i want to play raid later tonight. It will kick booster out, then we have to have u both again to login once ur done, not to mention random dc you need to be here again. then the next day u will ask the same thing, rinse and repeat. i am sorry but there are certain rules when using us. We can only do our part right if you do yours. When you fail on such basic tasks i am sorry but we got no other option but to refuse doing service for you ( btw this is team decission, certainly not mine, and i will not argue with people i work with for over 3 years coz you, i will not force them to do smth they dont want, it is that simple). this boost was 1-2 days tops, it is common sense to stay off acc while boosters are working on you, too many things were wrong with that order and team made decission not to do it at all which i didnt see any point arguing about.

So yeah, guys auth off before using us pls, you werent feeling comfortable removing it so you got refund, whats the tt about i dont get it... we gave you options, you made a choice not to use us and got instant refund.

First off, this is my first time ever ordering something like this. I was nervous about ordering a boost, but after reading some of the reviews here, I was a little less nervous, but still worried a bit. However, I soon began to realize I had nothing to worry about.

I ordered a GR 85 solo account ready for Season 11 and not only was it ready on time, but I was provided with many different set options if I really wanted to. I also have a ton of mats to craft/perfect anything else I wanted even further and communication with them was easy. I even asked to play for a day and they let me. They weren't even done and I was able to go ahead and do a GR 85 solo!

I highly recommend them if you are considering a boost.
