Over 1K+ TA? Can do R2 normal and above?

R2 is more a composition fight than it is a TS fight. But I can auto R2 hard with players given to me by either person. R2 heroic will require attention regardless of TS. It should be noted I am also around 800TS, though. R2 normal should be a breeze. And yes they are over 1k.

I will update this list as I see or hear of more reputable people following through on their promises. But between these two you should easily be able to find 2 dps spots and they know others to possibly send your way. Anyone else you should proceed with caution.
