If you are not sure on how, here are the steps

1. On YouTube, sign in as the owner of the Brand Account.
2. In the top right, click the account icon and select the channel you want to manage.
3. Go to the channel's account settingsby clicking the channel icon > settings icon

4. Click Add or remove managers. You'll be redirected to the "Brand Account details" page.
5. Next to "Managers," click Manage permissions.
   • Add an owner: Click the dropdown arrow below the person's name and select Transfer ownership
