Do you still have the level boost too 100+?

No I do not I actually used it and transferred my lvled 110 dk to another account.

Does this come with the game? As in if i Buy this can I then download the full game to use the account?

 

Yes it's the Full Legion Game. Only thing is there are 0 characters. It's literally a Empty account.
