Pretty sure it doesn't matter the device because it's linked to a myNintendo account, so all the data is saved on the account and not the device, but I could be wrong.
 
Do u know if I can use all the orbs on like an emulator before transferring data to iOS?

Both are partially leveled, so I can't tell what the IVs are exactly.
