Booster lost Battle Cup game but no support and no refund

Ordered T7 Battle Cup boost which took 1 week to be started. Booster lost the Grand Finals game but order was still marked complete. Filed a ticket with their support, no response for over 1 week. Tried contacting on Skype, also no response.

So I bought a 4k account for 50USD but it was recalled by the seller.

Z3Ddota admitted that it was stolen by the original owner and there was nothing they could do. They did credit me the 54USD back, but a day later my account was blocked.

Why have you acted like this???
 
---- REP. Not recommended. Unresponsive and 0 customer support. Placed an order to boost from 5100-5300 with a 'Priority Start' extra only for the booster to 2 games (1 win and 1 lose) within 2.5 hours. 0 games until almost half a day. This morning I woke up to another 2 losses and 2 wins which brings us back to the original starting point at this point, 1 day has been wasted with no progress.

I am sure the original booster is another different person assigned to in the first place based on their dota2 main layout and the person's voice as I ordered a streaming service. This led me to question about z3ddota's booster quality.

Tried to submit a support ticket and live messaged them and still no replies.

UPDATE 1:
2nd booster has played 2 games and all are lost. I am now having lesser MMR before I placed the order. On the 2nd game, the booster threw the game by selling all items.

UPDATE 2:
in a 6 losing spree and still no communication from either booster or z3ddota. Not sure what to do at this point as they will obviously need more time to complete my order and posssibly ruining my behaviour score with poor in-game performance.

It happens sometimes that some accounts are hard to boost or booster has a bad day. We are all humans and anyone can have a bad day. We will be glad to compensate with some bonus mmr for that bad experience and delayed order.

Order 3 normal winrate games and booster play like noob with 2 loses and then stop playing. My account even got 3 reports.

He already has done his work but it is not that good. I knew that the new calibration system is based on win-loss only. However, 5 won and 5 losses is not that hard!!. Because I can do as good as he did on my account and his Bloodseeker is not as good as mine, Not even above my average. By the way, I recommend you all guys to boost your mmr only. (because he must reach the target mmr to finish the work but 10 games calibration may does not receive what you want.)

These guys scam you. I bought an Account on their side and the login Informations given are not correct. Not for the Steam Account and not for the Email Address. Their Support dont answer my Emails and they dont answer me via Skype. Dont order here if you Value your money. Burning it would have been more satisfying.
 
We have a great system so we don't send money to account seller unless you "buyer" click "confirm account".
1. You had 24 hours to confirm order details and mmr. You confirmed it and money were deducted from your account.
2. You bought 2nd account with correct mmr.
3. We offered you refund for first account you bought in store credits. You refused.

Don't call us scam. Read rules and make sure you check account details before you click "confirm details".
Nice lie man. You wrote in my topic that it was ended in 12 days and it was my order. September just took orders from me cause he is too lame to have own customers. All screenshots in this thread are from my orders and from my customers.

basicaly your agent who was working on my service just took my order and gave it to you. You boosted is slowly on purpose and contacted customer directly which isn't allowed. Because of this customer is not satisfied with my service (ofc). And now he just tell me that he gonna order from september and writes fake feedback on your thread. This is just a sh*t way of doing business. I didn't change a booster, your friend just gave the order to you and took another one to earn more. Also I did pay your friend some money for this boost and I could pay Nothing cause I don't have to. He broke rules by giving order to you.

P.S. All screenshots done by boosters on my service belongs to my service not to booster.

my boost had 4 days delay but in the end the booster finished service in 5 days which was very fast, so great service after all

Did an excellent job which include fast boosting, good customer support-willing to answer any questions i asked and able to effectively ensure that the boost is completed in a timely manner.

Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking for a booster.
 
Paid them yesterday and I still have no idea why are they taking so long to boost my account. I'm trying to get hold off them but no answer. I've been considerate enough to wait the whole day for them to start boosting my account but there's still no result.
 
Payed for boost yeasterday(10/05/2016), but no contact. I'll wait to see what happend....​
