With 200 platinum you can change your name to whatever you wish! The account is fully capable of doing all raids and pretty much carrying or even soloing all sorties (I've done 3rd Sortie Defense solo with this gear.) Most warframes are playable up to sorties I believe, and there's some that I've used in 5 HR+ Endurance Missions, 4.5 HRS ODS, 28K Cryotic Hieracon.
