Edit: For some reason my game was showing 3.8M SP, but I think it's because I don't have an active sub...Checked eve mon and eve board and they seem to display things correctly.

Sorry, the char actually has 39M SP. My sub is expired so I think the displayed in game SP is wrong and since I don't log-in on this for ages I didn't know lol.
