Never, ever, make a purchase without an invoice, no matter how reputable, experienced or "nice" can the seller be. You're asking for trouble otherwise.

in my case I already got a refund, that guy was a good hacker but a noob criminal.

Last time a scammer tried to reclaim an account from me, Paypal did a refund, so I think you'll be ok

hey Mate, unfortunally not but at least we should be able to retreive a couple of them with CIG support.
I filled a dispute on paypal... do you belive that he just escalate it to a claim?
