In additio, I want to add that we didn't try to delay processing his payment. Paypal automatically reviewed his payment for 24 hours after he paid. It was cleared after 24 hours and we notified Yqq that additional verification is required per our TOS. He told one of our agent on livechat that he`s gonna send it. He was unable to send anything but still try and came back to have us delivered.
In America, we follow the rule. If you don't want to play by the rule, then you can go back to your country.
