This guy was correct above, he and his other sellers chargeback plats, although he did refund some of MY money, I still have to wait 21 days to get it back. All he could have done was press refund but he made the sutution even more difficult.
 
well, was nice for how long it lasted..
don't buy from this source anymore!
least DE does is remove the plat from your account, which happened in my case, worst is you get a perm ban, which will happen if i get caught again.

so as i said, don't buy his stuff from now on, his accounts are beeing watched and so will be yours!
