As I stated in your quoted message, we do not allow members to accuse other members as scammers. Otherwise people will call anyone as scammer and we cannot keep this place organized. We ban so many scammers each day, we investigate the member who has been accused as scammer and if we got enough proof then we ban them immediately but we do not ban members just looking to other members sayings as "this user is scammer". We remove these kind of accusations but meanwhile we investigate these members too. We consider every reports from our members and take immediate action and investigate the reported members and if we find evidence we just ban that's all. But you should not state others as scammers without any proof, if you have proofs then file a dispute thread in Active Disputes by using the Dispute Form. I hope you got the point clearly. I would imagine the guy saying that he was scammed in this post multiple times, the fact this person has been trying to sell this "legit" account for almost 2 weeks for a very reasonable price for what it has. And yet keeps posting up they are selling it. You think this falls into a common sense pattern am I wrong? I mean you didnt give me a "warning" from the other 15 times I posted someone was a scammer in their threads when I pointed out the obvious signs of them being a scammer. Now that I go look back to all those other threads they are banned for being scammers. So when multiple people point out this person is a scammer along with a person SAYING this person is a scammer nothing happens and those who are being honest people get "Warnings"?

I am just trying to make sense of this and hoping for a legitament response. Not a cop out line, also not trying to be rude but this just seems like a slap in the face to those who are trying to look out for others when looking at this thread it just screams scammer. Especially when this account is in no way a legit account being 145/145 when thats only possible through 1. literally traveling the world and spending literally thousands on airfair and hotel, food, transportation. OR GPS hacking making this account a cheated and very very more then likely botted account. So they are already breaking a rule with that
