Bought a level 34 account for $20 which got banned 3 days ago ( already banned when I got it btw). He demanded to send the money as family and friend.. At first he said it was a PTC then gave me a google account that got banned. Told me he was going to refund me, heard nothing until I opened a paypal case. Then he told me that there is something wrong with paypal and he couldn't refund via the dispute or original transaction. Asked me to close the dispute so he can just resend the money to me lol... I wouldn't close the dispute first so he threw all the paypal protection policy saying that I bought a "google account" and thats all I got. Little did he know I filed the dispute as an unauthorized transaction..
