I don't sell level 30's anyway? So if you got a 31 from my 31+ stock, it would of been 31.

Ok so he contacted me and paid my 100% refund as written in his policies (mine was on hand boosting)
keep in mind that botted accounts are only refundable in 24 hrs after purchased. He has no responsabitity to refund after that.

Hello guys. There's no need to create disputes right now. Buying botted accounts is an agreement between seller AND buyer, you know you're buying an account that is again the ToS and it might have concequences. No one knew the banhammer would hit this hard and it's not only the seller's fault.

But im buying boosts from him paid 400 usd to ask him bot to use bots or hacks or cheats. He asked me to trust him and will refund if anything happens but still waiting for him to sort it out. Kept asking me to wait but still nothing atm
You can always try to open a dispute on paypal
Update: he contacted me and apparently hes in hospital. Will be back today and will talk to me and u guys about whats happening these couple days and sort it out. Hope hes a man of his word. Anyway just letting you guys know :)
 
Update: hes now gone, skype's profile pic deleted. Not replying. I think he took all the money and enjoying it somewhere now
 
I still haven't got refund or account. I will create dispute at PayPal.
 
I do not want to open a dispute as the accounts were bought a week or two ago. However since being bought they were used legit so just want people to be aware. I do not think the disclaimer was there when I bought and I have contacted seller. Main thing is if new accounts are being given to those that bought before that refund policy was posted then I wanted him to be aware mine were banned. My four plus brothers two were all banned and all used legit after purchase. So even using legit after purchase doesn't protect your accounts. Thanks for the quick reply though!
 
feel free to open disputes in active disputes if your account was banned when you got it or soon after.

"IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: You are buying a product that is strictly against ToS. This is a buy at your own risk. We offer 24 hour refund policy on all botted accounts, if the account is banned beyond this, we can not offer a new account or refund."

Is his refund policy on his site. while niantic does not give ban emails so theres no way to tell exact ban. you are all reporting these bans here very quickly so we will honor this as with in the 24 hour period and a refund must be given.
 
He contacted me via e-mail and told me he will replace account, will let you guys know what happens.
 
I got my account banned and paid over 400 usd to ask him NOT to use any cheats or hacks, he told me to trust him so i did and now i dont get a reponse when my account got banned. He promised me that he would offer a full refund if i got banned. I think hes just gone gone, everyone lets try to sue this guy together? He needs to learn a lesson for sure

It has been 24h since my order and no updates so far. It seems I will need to rise a refund with PayPal and give negative feedback as I have been scammed.
It also takes 4-5x as long to level them at more legit paces.

Before, we were leveling 1-25 in about 6 hours. Now we have to level the same amount in about 2-3 days.

I still haven't gotten the account information I paid for but I'm sure it'll come through. I've emailed and messaged him. Just waiting on the reply.
Does anyone (seller or previous buyer) have any proof of what ACTUALLY comes on the level 30 botted accounts on average? I know every account is different, but I'm not stupid enough to believe the first page post with two 2900 CP Dragonites regardless of whether that means all candy/stardust was spent. No way you get that for $10 so I'd like to know roughly what I'd actually be buying.
