Hi! After having operated on a more client to client basis for more than 2 years now in various other games, we've decided to centralize our knowledge and go pro, by opening up our services and bringing them on EpicNPC as well!



What do we provide?​


We provide account unban services for Pokemon Go.



What types of bans are we able to assist you with?


We can assist you with pretty much any ban reason and any alleged offense of ToS Violation except for charge backs and fraud, as well as anything that is plain illegal material.



How does it work?


The usual process consists in you placing an order on our website.

Once the order has been placed, we'll review it and if the information is enough for us to start writing your defense ticket right away, then contact you with the letter; if not, we'll contact you to ask whatever information we might require in order to finish the ticket (all this information is based solely on the ban reason, no personal information/credentials).

Once you receive our ticket, you'll forward it yourself to Niantic's Customer Service. If you get unbanned, congrats! If not, make sure to contact us back with the reply they've given you and we'll review it and give you a follow up ticket based on their reply.

We will NEVER ask for any of your account's credentials, name, and any other sensitive information at any point.

Hot Shot - 10 tickets - 32.99 $
VIP - 20 tickets + PRIORITY + Skype chat support - 46.99 $

Do you have any proof? Cause I can say alot of things and not provide proof as well. If you can provide some proof such as a screenshot of a ticket confirming a account has been unbanned by your services then it would help your service a fair amount. A screenshot showing that it is infact from niantic support.
 
This is something we never really do, as we value our customers' privacy way too much, but I'll make an exception just because we never actually posted any proof, which is something we should have done.
Unfortunately, as you can see in the mail, most customers don't provide any more information after they get unbanned, which is natural to a degree, as some might think Customer Support will track them down and ban them again, so we don't insist they leave feedback or post on forums.


I hope you can understand that most of the mail is censored to protect our customer's sensitive details, along with the account itself.

Do not fall for it. they have 0 confirmation and ticket spamming does NOTHING with Niantic. It just makes 1 giant ticket on their side and probably just pisses them off.
 
Well, pretty much everything you said is a lie, and I don't get why. We're happy to say that we've overturned multiple Pokemon Go bans as a matter of fact, but obviously not all of them.

Ticket "spamming" is indeed not good, but we never ticket spam, so clearly you have never been our customer and just decided to post out of sheer frustration or something. It's okay though, no hard feelings.

Last but not least, I don't understand the purpose of your post, but to each their own I guess.
Is this unban service really working? I'd like to see some proof before buy it since it's kinda expensive.

Well, as I've mentioned, we don't have actual confirmation since most people don't seem to entertain the idea of leaving testimonials on forums when it comes to getting unbanned and simply don't reply after being politely asked to leave one. :) On top of that, we can't and wouldn't disclose any such information without their consent, so... But hey, at least we don't have bad reviews either! :)

It's one package per account, however if we're unsuccessful at getting the initial account unbanned, we can make an exception, provided it's the same game we're talking about.
