If I buy another account? Say the #104 level 33 rare master...is there anyway to guarantee one of the 3 100% IV dragonites will have dragon breath/dragon claw? Also any chance to guarantee that there will be a decent amount of stardust this time? Lol the last one i bought only had 60k stardust :(
