after he adding me I told him so I can use only webmoney today then he said "ok np". when we need to deal he ask me to go 1st cuz he more repped then I answer so I don't go 1st anyway. then he said so cant pay. later he wanna discount because I use "some crappy soviet payment method Webmoney". I said np it will be a bit discount for u like 10%. he tried to create acct and other pay methods. I advised him to take advantage of other sellers who accept payments more comfortable for him. He said there is too expensive for him and he wanna buy from me.
I said so cant help him.
