I dont see any way for use them here in Ukraine.
At moment i accept strictly payment methods listed in 1st post but in the future if i would find any other payment methods which i can easily convert to real cash or to bank account funds - i will add them to "Payment methods" part of all my threads.

Thx for asking - i will gladly answer you
In-game purchase price inside any game present on Google Play linked with your Google Play account not with your in-game account.
If you login your CC using US Google Play account - prices would be in USD, if you login same CC account with Australian Google Play account - prices would be in AUD and so on.
It can be SHOWN in USD (you will see gem chest and 99,99$ on it) but when you click to buy it - payment window (where you choose payment option) will always be in that currency which country Google Play account you currently logged in.
So no matter what server you are playing on. The only important question is that you are playing on Android device. Cause if i know correctly - you cant transfer CC acounts from IOS to Android atm. And i cant buy gems via Itunes - only via Google Play.
I hope i answered your question guys. And believe me - i know what i am talking about cause LOL

It could be a secret if i was doing something illegal or dirty things (like stolen giftcards/credit cards, redeem codes, cheats, hacks and other sh1t). Even more - if seller cant describe how exactly his/her offer works that should be suspicious.
So how this works? I will try to describe in few simple words:
All apps and games and in-app purchases on Google Play have "basic" prices.
Those basic prices are different in different countries and they are in national currencies in each country.
For example basic price for all in-app purchases (max possible) on US Google Play is 99,99$.
For European countries its 90€, for United Kingdom its 79,99£ and so on.
If you compare those prices they are not equal (80GBP is much more than 100USD for example).
I am Ukraine citizen and use ukrainian Google Play. Ukrainian Google Play prices are much lower than in most other countries.
Our "basic" price in national currency is around 76$ (converting ukrainian hryvnia to USD) for max in-app purchase.
But there are also lots of games where price for max in-app purchase is lower than basic and Castle Clash is one of them.
So everything is very easy guys and there are no secrets here

P.S. After reading all this you can also have one more question - "WTF? Why ukrainian prices are lower than for other countries?"
I can even answer this question too LOL
Middle monthly salary in Ukraine is 150-200$, high - 300-400$
If basic in-app purchase price would be 100$ here - how do you think many people would buy anything?
By the way Ukraine is not the only country where prices are much lower. Same with Russia, Turkey, lots of asian and african countries.
If developers would set here regular US or European price (around 100$) all they get is a zero sales LOL

For example: A stays in U.S but plays on German server, he has to pay in GBP instead of USD.

This question can be asked to any person who involved in international web trading.
Buyer always thinking about sellers trustability and this is absolutely right cause no one wants to lose his/her hard earned money.
The best what can buyer do is to scan sellers reputation, check his previous posts, other offers/threads, look on previous buyers reviews and feedback etc.
