Hexprimal.com and fiveshards.com both asked about selling items for real money and got permission to do so from Hex Entertainment to my understanding. Therefore it is legal to sell equipment, cards, mercs, chests, stardust, and packs. However, Hex Entertainment has come out and said they will not allow currency sales. They have also said they will not support Real Life Transactions but they will not punish anyone that does so.

Speed, i am Danish.. Maybe that is why i "hurt your head" with my way of typing.. Sorry for not speaking your motherlanguage - please learn some Danish and type in a way, better than mine.

I thank you for the advice on not selling currency, but as far as i know, also the cards and items is illegal to sell outside the game, or did i get it wrong?
And as i told you, i have my ways of working around the system. I wouldn't send any currency in-game, it's all done by the auction house and it's pretty hard to prove an exploit of this, if it is done with matter. My buyers will never have anything pointed back to them, since i am the one supplying them, not the other way around. Yes, if there was to be used money in-game, to pay directly for what i give them, they might be in trouble - but that's where my second account comes into the picture. I appreciate your concerns, even though it seemed like a personal hetz at first, but really should be kept private, since this would just scare people away.. Although i have received a few orders already

My comments had to do with you getting your accounts banned and possibly your buyers. If plat and gold change hands thru the in game mail and Gameforge feels it's an outside sale, your accounts will get banned. Your honesty and integrity have nothing to do with it. You want to sell and trade non currency items on your site, go for it as that is perfectly legal. My advice was to just stay away from currencies since I can name over 50 people that have been banned for doing so.

You say you will make it right if your buyer gets caught. I hope you have deep pockets since most Grand Kings and many Kickstarter accounts are worth well over $2,000 USD.

WoW and other games do not use the same algorithms that Hex and Gameforge use for currency sales but if you think you can outsmart them, go for it.

First of all - on my Website you pay directly for the stuff you want, but that doesn't mean that the stuff you paid for is standalone. Which means you actually pay for my service, in "helping" you regardless of what you buy. Thereafter comes the Account->Account->Account trades, which will leave you totally free of risk, since you don't actually pay money in the game, but outside the game - inside the game you will only be using currency or items, using the oldschool AH methods - now this is where the middle-Account comes into the picture. Example: First Account is mine, Second Account is mine, Third Account is yours. Rest is up to you to figure, unless you decide to actually use my service, everything will be explained after identification, more or less. Else people'd be exploiting this option to the fullest - ask the Chinese.

I don't ask you to trust me, NEITHER did i ask you to come on this Website, looking for Illegal trades, for thereafter to complain about it being Illegal and non-trustable. I leave it all up to you, whether you "dare" to drop a dollar or two into my Website.. Who knows - might be saving you a hell lot of money - or lose 1-2 dollars(which is less likely to happen)....

Btw.. Please don't tell me you never did online trading before? Please don't tell me you got banned (atleast not from once, twice or 3 times) and if you did, you really haven't found the right service to use. I've been supplying for years, but also been buying Powerlevel, Gold and Accounts myself, in various games - i have been banned ONCE, out of 1000+, from 12 to soon 22 years old.. Are you afraid of getting your own business ruined, cause it sure seems like it - and to me it's really pathetic if that's the case. Mr. Middleman etc..

So now i am a bad person for having found a way, to trade almost securely? By trading Currencies, Cards, Items or anything else, in last case, I will be the one "losing" my Account.
I have been selling Gold in WoW, Order And Chaos and Diablo 3 Back in the days, for years now - and you are to decide whether i am trustworthy or not? Please take in advantage that you never set yourself in dangers of losing your Account or anything, if you were "unaware" of doing business "illegal".
And if you are so afraid that i'm a hoax, then why the f**k would i run prices like 1 pound etc? You think i get a good deal from scamming a person for 1 pound??? Atleast try or test the supplier/dealer before you hetz them. I don't go around spreading bad reputation about you neither - if you're doing this cause i have lower prices than yourselves, well, that's a fine marketing case, but everything is like a boomerang - spread good karma instead, especially when you've got nothing to lose.

None of this is any risk to the buyer, IF you should happen to be "caught", then you should contact me and i will take it from there. You don't have to be a lawyer to bend the laws - just like your govt is doing all the time - that includes RMT (i won 150.000$ in a Jackpot once, on a legit Website, Raging Bull to be specific - never got my money, got documentation for everything) /// Moral? Don't trust nobody - even those who tell you what not to do, when they are doing it themselves. You should trust me though... Or should you? ;-) Decide for youselves - make a new account etc. try out my service before you go for the real deal, if you don't trust my service.

According to the Hex forums from the devs, they are looking the other way as it relates to selling anything in game EXCEPT currency (gold and platinum). If you think you will not get banned for selling currency, try it and see what happens. I personally know several people on EpicNPC that got banned permanently for selling gold and platinum.

Apparently you seem to know better. For everyone else, BE CAREFUL.

Please note: I am not saying this guy is legit or not as I do not know him, however what I am saying is be very careful dealing in Hex currencies.

There is not an admin in either company that would authorize you to sell platinum or gold, which makes your whole operation highly suspect. Caveat emptor.
