Our boosting service is handled by players ranking from Distinguished Master Guardian to Legendary Eagle Master. Currently, we can only offer to boost you at a max rank of Legendary Eagle, due to the skill ceiling of our group. Other than that, we can boost you from Silver 1 to Legendary Eagle with no problem.
