I don't see how this is your problem. (Who are you to say that I don't buy LoL accounts, you don't know anything, so why judge so quick.)
I'm proud to announce that I have 6 new LoL accounts in stock and will create another sell thread next week.
(FYI, that will be my third active Sell-thread in the LoL section)

Yes, it's true that PayPal issues are in my way of buying more accounts than I expected to.
(I have to upload a specific bank-statement to unlock my account, and yes, I'm still on holidays in Moscow, what makes me unable to).
Besides that, am I currently also searching some more potential sellers, so I can make my own average prices.
This would eventually make me able to buy from different sellers, once crappy PayPal issues are out of the way.

So if I don't buy your account from the start, evenwhile I clearly explained why,
don't start hating and threatening that my thead will be closed by mods.

Hello! I am searching more potential sellers so I can make an average price of what the accounts are worth!
Eventually when I solved my (Paypal /and payment)-problems, I will be able to buy from different sellers.
(For me making these 'average prices' beforehand helps me a lot since I'm new in the League of Legends section)
