EPICNPC Approve Middleman Services
**I am an EPICNPC Approved Middleman**
10% Fee, minimum fee 5$ depending on the trade / sale - Non-Refundable
All fees paypal (4.4%) shall be paid for by the buyer or seller
What is prevented by using an MM?
- Being a Professional Seller I also have access to the reverse IP search. This ability searches all known scammers and banned members to reduce the chances of getting scammed.
- False account information / virtual goods
- Non-payment from buyers after receiving the goods.
- You're exempted from having to go first in purchases without having enough security
- Also, I will do some background check on both parties to try and see if there is previous history of scams
- This is done by providing your email, skype user name, and epicnpc username
Limitations:
- MIddlemanning guarantees secure transaction at the point-of-sale.
- All middleman services cannot guarantee that a person will not recover payments or recover virtual goods in the future
Terms of Service:
I am not held responsible for any Paypal charge-back or account recall.
Payment must be performed by one or both traders by half parts before the service start.
Payment for my service is non-refundable even if no trade had occur (e.g I will advise my client to call off the deal when I suspect the other party is a possible scammer).
By using me as your middleman you automatically agree to these terms
I do not deal with people who do not have EpicNPC accounts.
I don't log into any accounts myself due to IP ban risk **Subject to exceptions (only if all parties agree that I am not held responsible for IP ban risk)**
I can check the account via skype screenshare if I need to confirm what is on the account before any transactions occur
I will always post on the thread both of the seller and buyer using with my signature
I do not hold paypal payment.
I do not take responsibility if in the future there are any chargebacks or the account is recalled.

Normal Steps Taken:
1) Either the buyer, the seller, or both chip-in to send me middleman fee
2) I send a verification code EPIC NPC mail that needs to be given to me on Skype (This is to confirm you are the person I am dealing with)
3) I will research both the Buyer and Sellers information (Email, Username,IP Address) to ensure it is not associated with any known scammers.
4) The seller goes first, they will send me the virtual goods (Account, Key, etc)
If the Item being sold is over $250 I will require a form of personal identification (matches information on account / Paypal). I will make sure that the account information is correct and that they are indeed who they say they are. The buyer also sends personal identification so I can confirm they is the owner of the PayPal account for transactions over$250.
5) After I verify the seller is "OK", I will have the buyer transfer the funds to the seller. After the seller confirms that funds are received, I release the virtual goods to the seller.
Note: The buyer will send payment directly to the seller, I only except the Middleman Fee.
***General Warnings***
Do not trade/buy/sell any account from EU to NA regions or NA to EU.
Do not trade/buy/sell any account that is not in your country of origin.
If you live in North America do not buy an account from South America.
As of right know LOTRO is targeting Lifetime Accounts and 5 yr, 6 yr, 7 yr accounts.
Change as little information as possible (Email and password should be the only thing changed)
