if you fax me a photocopy of your photo ID (ex) driver's license, health card, etc), I will hand over you the item first and then after, you pay me later through paypal.
I need a photocopy of your photo ID just in case... if something goes wrong... then I can track you down.

OR

I can fax you a photocopy of my photo ID... and then.. you pay me first and then after, I give you the item.
I do think that these are fair options for you to choose. If you like neither of these options then... that answers all.
I want real payment only. And I need you to tell me approximately what price you are looking at.
