these accounts have been botted to lvl 30 ( i'm telling u so U know what u are buying )
I currently just have EUW account's

20,000 - 30,000 IP
Unranked (No Ranked games played)
Brand New (Not previously used or owned by another player)
Leveled in ARAM.
