No actually it's F2P with a purchase of a case/game... with a subscription that'll run p2w. Why the hell doesn't anyone talk to Jagex about P2W or F2P? Really I just want to know, for over a decade they've OWNED F2P.

Does a blank account mean that I can still create characters or is it different then a normal account? I'm interested if it hasn't sold yet

Why would anyone pay for a blank account?

 

ESO is going B2P in March. So, pay $60 for the game from a retailer or $10 here? If you look in the TSW forums you have people regularly selling empty accounts for $5-10 when the game costs $30 in steam.

This is actually a pretty good deal.
