As a German Player why would you use Webmoney? We dont even have Webmoney in Germany.

I'm not German, man(I'm Russian). Its just a nick, I changed it(with flag) when decided to sell the account, same with db and steam nicks. cos I don't want that someone feed in Dota with my real nickname and know about selling acc. And thats why I deleted most of friends in steam, I had about ~150-200(many pro and high pts players)
Perhaps there would be more buyers if u change your mind about NO paypal

Im using paypal for all transaction and no charge back yet

Unfortunately I can't believe every word of people whom don't know. Yes, I know that 80% here useing paypal(but I cant trust random guys), that's why price is so low, I wanna be sure that my money in safe(most important part for me) and that's why we will use verified middleman. It's not so hard to exchange pp to wm, I dont know where is problem... You want perfect acc for cheep price? Just exchange your money and go deal with me, or create wm and use your credit card... *It is an appeal to all members of the board*

yep, my LAST 4 buyers(I will not argue that they were scammers) said with certainty that "the transaction will take place tomorrow", and literally all disappeared somewhere or found reasons to abandon it... I'm really done now. Wanna sell it as fast as I can.
