I think gold might have a more easily realised value than accounts (no matter how powerful)?

Leaving aside your particular sale (and my search for a stupidly cheap account with gift mode) is there generally a good balance between the number of willing buyers & sellers, do you think?
 
I'm looking for a low power SH17 with Treasury3, a bit of gold and Gift Mode (if you know anyone). Good Luck

Jumper Account is sh5 590K
Farm1 is sh10 stone and wood
Farm2 is sh9 food
I would be interested in your accounts. I currently have a level 12 stronghold and know how much things would be worth. I also know how much work would need to be done on all 4 of your accounts and my offer would reflect that work. I would feel comfortable paying 30 dollars per account, so 120 dollars for all four.
 
Vip 10 on main sh15 account and second one is now at 3 million.
