We'll see what he does with mine. I've got all security setup, as well as a template for recovery with all the information ready to go if he does recover his WoW account. Those are the perks of being the OO of an account :) Not only that but I have a template ready to be sent to blizzard should he recall, and his account will 99.9% be banned for attempting to trade/sell it.
So far, i've made a trade with him; and everything is ok. I'll let you all know how it goes. I have a copy of his ID and I also have the SQ & A and if anything goes wrong, I will telephone/contact blizzard with all of said information and inform them of the fact that this user has actually been attempting to trade/sell his account. I'll only do the above if anything happens, but if something does happen; you can all rest assured his account will be banned and he probably won't ever see it again.
 
Talked to this seller about working out a deal - said we were going to do so, randomly stopped replying and tried to contact 3 days after that and no reply. I could see the above comment to potentially be true. ^^ beware.
 
Scammer.. takes accounts and then gets wow account back and comes back and takes more accounts.
