198 maxed MAIN RS3/126 maxed OLDSCHOOLRS,Very rich OsRs

I am selling my 8 years old account,126 maxed on OldschoolRs and 198 maxed on Rs3,it has veteran cape and a lot of items on Rs3 and like 80mils in items and many quests done on runescape oldschool,it also has 44 days of membership left and it is on green zone this means that it has no offences done at the moment.I posted below some pictures of both of RS3 and 07RS accounts.

Refuses to use OMM. Refuses to go first even at all. Won't tell me account name to hiscore it. I look up total stats via hiscores, can't find it. Very very sketchy.

as of right now he, scammed me, ill edit my post if it changes. agreed to 130 via paypal. i sent the money and havent heard from him since.

welp, im retarted and he didnt scam me, i have a chargeback going on because i got scammed a few days ago and i guess i cant send money until it is resolved so it shows i sent money but its being held until the chargeback is cleared. at least thats how i see it.
