Yes, talent is not that great, if all my heros' talent are rev5, this acc could sell more than 3k...
Although the talents are not that good, think about the HBs earning, the time you save to level up such high level heros...
You will need 414,000 Hbs for a leval 1 Hero get to a 9 Star hero, multiply by 5, it means you have already save atleast 2M Hbs for 5 heros.
It would take forever to earn this 2M hbs...
So considering all these facts, for this acc, 1K is consider reasonable, but if you are intrested, we can discuss about the price...
