Issue has since being rectified also reimbursed seller an extra $150USD.
 
According to the buyer, his "wife" filed a chargeback with paypal as I indicated in my earlier post. I came onto this thread to post that the Buyer had initiated a dispute roughly 2-3 weeks after I delivered the account to him. I tried contacting him via skype, but he did not respond to anything; I also sent an email to his paypal account which was never responded to. I even contacted him in Eve Online through another account, and he accepted the convo, then blocked me.

I filed a ticket with CCP and it seems the account is now going to be permanently banned. The account is not in my possession. Just an FYI of what is going on; I had nothing to do with anything until the dispute was filed with Paypal and my account blocked.

Also, I would like to add that I gave the buyer (iSanta) the benefit of the doubt he was telling the truth, however, it seems likely CCP will be banning the account altogether now.

How is it dodgy, I have no prior bad dealings. He has his money and the account is in his possession. He has everything. We are constantly in communication sorting this out. I'm the only one out at this stage.
The charge back was a mistake. Explained this to him, I will admit however I was rather slow at dealing with it. It has since being cancelled & closed. The account is now back in his possession. Awaiting further communication.
 
User iSanta has initiated a chargeback on the account I sold him. Will file report.

If they do get the charge back, just report to CCP that your account was stolen. They will see it was logged in on from a different IP and "should" give you the account back.
