The commendation amounts are between all four characters... you can transport any mods, enhancements, and armorings between characters with Legacy gear. The account is Legacy Level 50 and has access to many legacy gear vendors as well as full legacy gear sets already. The Jedi Guardian is equipped with full Partisan PVP gear too. Hope this helped to clarify.

Seeing as the cap is 4500 ranked and 2750 regular warzones, I'm very interested how you have 5.3k and 5.8k.....
