Normally on Sythe but their gw2 market is garbage. Have plenty of vouches on there and have been a user since 2007 with zero bans, so I'm not a complete noob. Can provide proof of this.

Looking to buy a 80 warr/gaurd on a pretty basic account, doesnt need a legendary or any of that, prefer human/norn/asura.

ALSO if someone does a leveling service, I'd do that as well.
Looking to spend under $70 so please don't offer me a super elite account, I'm a weekend/nighttime player.
