Well, i sent him $64 for 8x PLEX but he refunded back $61 ( $3 lost in paypal fees ) - he asked me to send him as gift( while nowhere it s written he needs the money as gift )... because he don't trust me, he said i can claim the money back later... ( so my NPCVERIFIED means nothing to him ).
And now, I have to wait 48h for the money to return back to the card i paid with.
So because of that, I have to give him a bad feedback, since i lost $3 and 30 min of my time with a noob.

Also... you can't acuse me of trying to cheat you, as long I sent you the money first... then i told you that i can send you a separate $3 for the fees if needed, but it's your fault that you didn't trust an older member than you, also with NPC VERIFIED tag.
