Victorious Jarvan is acquired from being Gold+ in Season 1, and Victorious Janna is also acquired from being Gold+ in S2.

Wow my bad, I sincerely thought it was from being plat in s2. Nonetheless my account has the j4 skin (s1 gold) on it, so if you haven't found an acc, perhaps we can work something out.

Hey, just letting you know that the Jarvan (victorious) s2 reward skin is only for PLATINUM+ s2 players, while the Janna (victorious) is for season 2 gold+ players.

I have an account which is plat 4 56lp, was plat s2 (has both victorious janna and jarvan), 20 rune pages, almost 400 runes and 34+ skins.
