Due to the high nature of this account, and that a few people have approached me with questions of verification I'll explain and point out the following to illuminate a few things, having Middle maned FFXI and FFXIV many time myself (Hundreds of times). There's not much one can do for this account in terms of validation right now except for:
--Log on to the Lodestone and look up the Character name/Server provided, which can be confirmed by logging on to the square-enix site. Select FFXIV as the service and there you can see any active/deactivated characters. Which will tell you the Name of the character and server they're in, you can use that information to cross reference it in the lodestone. This will ONLY verify Character Levels/Certain Appearance.
--The titles can give some hint to some things, but not much.
--There's no way to verify any contents, including gil and gear.

So unfortunately, to verify any of these things, he would have to reveal either the actual character, or enough information so that anyone could know the name of the character; which most people would not be willing to do.

For example there's 24 Lalafells on Ragnarok with all maxed jobs, and even less with the Goobbue mount (Can verify with the Goobbue achivement)so that narrows it down.
Yes, once Phase 3 starts and you can once again log on to your 1.0 characters more things will be easier to verify, but it still won't be 100%.

I don't know if you ever noticed.. but how things are mostly done on these buy/sell sites, the seller usually provides some form of proof to validate their claim of the account. It's not like showing a screenshot of it when the game was still live will get your account stolen or shut down. And even then there are still other ways to show validity without the game being live. Like Final Fantasy XIV Database - ffxivpro.com It'll show us all your jobs, achievements, and what not if we have a name and server to go by.

Do you know if I can play ffXiv and buy new add-ons from Japan?
Im a Japanese so Im worried about if I couldnt play even if I bought the account.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't play. They'll let you pick your own region. The only thing I can think of would be language in-game such as cut-scenes etc.
