Hey all,
I am now offering a HoN MMR leveling service. For a pre-agreed upon fee, I will play your account and level your MMR up to your desired level. I personally have reached 1900 MMR purely by solo queueing and had over 2000 PSR back before matchmaking was introduced, so I am well qualified for the job!
Any rating below 1500 has a flat price of $0.15 per rating. 1900 rating may be negotiable for the right price, but it is incredibly difficult to get while solo queueing and getting less than 1.0 MMR games. Please note that only the rating is guaranteed, and the win percentage is just an estimate based on past experience.
While I am establishing my feedback here at EpicNPC, I am willing to be flexible when it comes to payments. If you have solid feedback, I will level up to $20 worth of rating before expecting any payment, and then will wait on the first payment before continuing. If you have little-to-no feedback, then I will expect all of the payment up front (PayPal only please).
I am a very good mannered player and will not tarnish your account's reputation in any way while playing on it. I can even remain completely mute if you'd like, but sometimes it helps to at least talk and coordinate hero picks with the team. Once a deal has been arranged, I will need complete access to the account until the desired rating has been reached. If you play on your account and lose rating before I have finished leveling it, you will be charged extra to complete the job. If you play on your account and go up in rating, the price that was agreed upon beforehand will still remain. It should usually take me no more than a few days to reach your desired rating, but it of course depends on my schedule and exactly how much rating I will need to climb.

I will get back to you within 24 hours to give you an exact price and to confirm the terms of payment, and after that I will need you to give me the account credentials so that I may begin.
