BEST GEARED HEALER IN THE GAME (4624 heal rating) and Epic DPS (4000+ attack rating)
Hey folks, this is the best geared healer in the game, guaranteed. 4624 heal rating comes from full 10.4 healing gear, 2 purple signets of amelioration and 1 blue signet of amelioration plus heal rating flask. Includes 10.4 fist weapon and 10.4 Assault Rifle. This is also the most 10.4 gear on any character in the game (11 pieces and 2 weapons - nearly 1600 bullions' worth)
