What games are registered to the account (Expansions etc) and is it linked to a NCSoft Account?

The 46/50 HoM account has all expansions except Winds of Change
and the additionional 0/50 account that comes for free (just because it is also linked to the NCsoft account) has all the expansions except the Winds of Change

So in short: 1 NCsoft Account, 2 Guild Wars Accounts with all expansions necessary for HoM Progress.
