*Skins and ELO doesn't really matter to me.
*Rune pages must have full or almost full Attack Damage or i'll pass.
*No warnings or bans
*Accounts with lots or RP and IP will be +++
Account must also be in GOOD standing! No bans. Not looking to get something with bad reputation or with numerous past penalties on the account.
