All of the following character details you are about to review are relevant to one account, belonging to me, the original owner who can provide all of the necessary information and documents (government issued photo ID scan) to facilitate the transfer of ownership in this transaction.

No, no Tier 3. This character was made in Burning Crusade, it was not a Vanilla character/account.
No, there are no associated old rank titles if that is what you were referring to. However, it does have the 'Conquerer' title.
The Amani War Bear is just about the only unobtainable mount it has. The Ironbound should be unonbtained soon and it's 1 achievement away from the 10m Rusted (got lazy) , and didn't bother with ICC drakes since I have Ashes -- although I'm close on the 10m version of it.
