Lies about OGE and known scammer

I bought the account in the thread (where it says to contact scorrrp) almost 2 years ago. Scorrrp told me that I could either pay him a normal amount for the account without OGE or pay him extra and I would get the OGE of the account. I chose to pay him extra. Once I recieved the account it came to light that scorrrp lied about the accounts OGE and, although this didn't affect me as I had already sold it by that point, is something to be aware of as he is currently selling the account once again and labelling it as OGE. I have all the evidence necessary upon request including getting an independent 3rd party account seller (that's also prominent on EpicNPC) to check the OGE of the account and finding that scorrrp had lied about the oge.
