My account got stolen 6 months ago and mihoyo never replied back to me so out of despair i bought a new account since i didnt want to start over Dragonsc had the perfect account for me and i am so happy that i can play again. The communication went through discord and it went really good. He has a lot of patience for his customers and is very respectful. Thank you
