Discord Service very Rude After Received empty Account

I will delete this Feedback, if the guy who ever Uses the Discord Account apologizes.

He Said i Spammed him because I was concerend about getting an empty Account. I am sorry for not knowing that Discord is not for aftersales. Yes i might read better in the Future, but you can say that nicely, in the end im still a Customer who didnt Received his Item. He Said he make sure that I don’t get any help until tomorrow because i sent him like 6 messages on Discord and asked Nicely for help. As i said i don’t want to damage this seller, since i think there are multiple People working here, But this guy needs to get Fired. Never had such Bad Customer Service on epic before. I am ready to Remove this Feedback, once the admin of this Site contacts me or the Guy from Discord apologizes. Kind regards.

Edit: I already bought like 6 of 7 Accounts from this Website and Never had Problem before. One time i got wrong Region and Support Instantly gave me another Account.
