Cracked account, won't give refund, multiple people scammed

STOP giving this guy good reviews, he is a scammer, I had gotten in contact and saw 3/5 of his first 5 purchases and they all had the same story. ******* accounts linked to credit cards, playstations, and email receipts from Epic Games in the email given that prove it is a ******* account. Some people have had original owners take the account back, I got in contact with the playstation and credit card owner linked to my account and he gave me dozens of emails, receipts, added me on playstation, showed ID that was linked to credit card, etc. None of these people posting about this scammer have redone their feedback and more people are getting scammed. Please don't fall for this.
