He sent an account which have worked for some hours, and have been downgraded due failed payment afterwards. The video which he sent as a proof was about a different account he gave. After contacting him he promised to replace the account when he finished his work, but deleted the epicnpc link from the discussion and went offline afterwards and not available anymore.
